All are invited to celebrate the recent installation of a state-of-the-art heat pump system at the Belfast Free Library, the result of a collaboration between the Belfast City Council and the Library Board of Trustees.  Please join us at the open house and ribbon cutting for this successful community project on Tuesday, June 24th from 4-6 pm.
