Opened to all Waldo County high school students who submitted an
essay, poem, or piece of art answering one of the following questions:
How would I feel if I didn’t have a home? OR
What supports are needed in a community to end homelessness?
All entries will be displayed at the Belfast Free Library in November.
There are 3 prizes: $300/$200/$100
