Aaron Parker is the proprietor of Edgewood Nursery in Falmouth, a small nursery specializing in unusual edible and medicinal plants. As well as a nurseryman, he is a father, landscaper and volunteer coordinator of Mt. Joy Orchard, which grows fruit for the community on Portland’s Munjoy Hill.
